Founded by Will Groff in 2022, Southern Kentucky Structures has become a trusted local provider for custom outbuildings, decks, porches, patio covers, and barndominium structures. We are a small team of four experienced builders who enjoy crafting one-of-a-kind structures that solve our client’s unique property needs. I joined a framing crew when I turned 21 and enjoyed the camaraderie of being part of a crew and the satisfaction of leaving a completed job! When the opportunity came to begin my own business in January of 2022, I wasn’t sure how it would go. I started out doing projects by myself but quickly realized I needed help. A local friend filled that need, and over the last several years, we have grown into a team of four!
